Refund Policy
Because our services are digital and non-returnable, all sales are generally final.
Refunds will only be provided in the following cases:
- The order was not delivered at all.
- The product was delivered incorrectly (wrong item/service).
- A clear system error occurred on our side.
Refunds will NOT be issued if:
- You changed your mind after purchase.
- You provided incorrect account details.
- The service was completed but didn’t meet personal expectations.
- You violated platform terms (e.g., Instagram/TikTok/Youtube guidelines).
For any refund request, you must contact support within 12 hours.
